Like most kids, I was on both sides of bullying--I don't have fond memories of either role.

This is inspired by a moment walking home from school when I was about ten or so and I sort of snapped and decided to attack the bastard with a board I found after he dumped everything in my backpack on the ground and threw trash on me.

There was enough distance between us for me to change my mind and toss the board away, but for several minutes, I was ready to do something I know I would have regretted.

Children are such happy artistic subjects.
